Agreement and operator
These terms govern your use of Stepinway Social, operated by Stepinway in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By registering or using the service, you agree to these terms. If acting for an organisation, you must have authority to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into this agreement.
Accounts and approval
Registration is open, but workspace access requires administrator approval. Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected misuse. Approval does not grant access to other customers’ workspaces or pages.
Your pages and team
Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Grant team members only the access they need. You are responsible for the instructions, uploaded material and actions that you or your authorised team submit, including having the necessary rights and permissions.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for spam, deceptive impersonation, unlawful surveillance, unauthorised data collection, rights infringement, malicious content or attempts to bypass access controls. Follow applicable law and the relevant Meta and Instagram terms and messaging restrictions.
AI and publishing
AI suggestions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review generated replies and content before relying on them. Enable automated actions only where you have authority and the feature is supported. No result, audience growth, engagement, publication or availability of a third-party API is guaranteed.
Availability and third parties
Features may change or be unavailable during development, maintenance or a provider outage. Connected features depend on permissions, provider limits and review. Meta, Instagram and OpenAI are independent providers and are not parties to these terms. This product is not endorsed by them.
Content and privacy
You retain your rights in content you provide. You permit us and the service providers used for the feature to process that content only as needed to deliver and secure the requested service. Our Privacy Policy explains data handling, and our Data deletion page explains how to request removal.
Fees
Any paid plan, price and billing terms must be disclosed separately before you agree to purchase it. These terms alone do not create a paid subscription.
Suspension and ending use
We may restrict access to protect the service, enforce these terms or comply with legal requirements. You may stop using the service, revoke connected-account permissions and request account or data deletion. Suspension or disconnection does not itself delete all stored information.
Responsibility and disputes
We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or failures caused by independent providers. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact us first about a dispute; applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain available.
Changes and contact
Updated terms will be published with a new date. Material changes affecting your use will be communicated through the service or appropriate contact channels. Contact [email protected] or use the Contact us form.
